  • Major family law review receives backing from LCA Mr Brandis revealed law week he has commissioned the Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) to undertake the “first comprehensive review of the family law system since the commencement of the Family Law in 1976”. The significant review into Australia’s family law system has gathered support from the nation’s peak legal body.
