Electricity Infrastructure Investment Act 2020 No 44 (2020-710) — appoints (a)9 December 2020 as the day on which that Act commences, except for the following provisions — (i) sections 8(2)–(5) and 9, (ii) Parts 3 and 7, (iii) sections 20(b), 21(1)(b), 23(1)(b) and (e), 31(5), 45, 62, 66(4), 70 and 78, and (b) 1 May 2021 as the day on which Part 3 of that Act commences, and (c) 1 July 2021 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
