Crimes Legislation Amendment Act 2018 No 83 - 28 March 2020 appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act commence — (a) Schedule 1[4], (b) Schedule 1[5], but only to the extent that it inserts sections 79A and 79B into the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007.
