National Integrity Commission Bill 2018 (Cth) introduced
Fri Nov 30 2018The National Integrity Commission Bill 2018 (Cth) was introduced by Cathy McGowan MP in the House of Representatives on 26 November, see the Bill homepage here, it was referred to the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee on 29 November 2018, the report is due 5 April 2019, therefore it will not become law before parliament is prorogued before the federal election. It will need to be re-introduced after the election.
