Update on commercial jurisdiction of the NSWDC and the Justice Legislation Amendment Act (No 3) 2018 (NSW)

The Justice Legislation Amendment Bill (No 3) 2018 (NSW) was assented to on 28 November 2018, and is now the Justice Legislation Amendment Act (No 3) 2018 No 87, see assent details under historical notes here.

Schedule 1.16, which amended the District Court Act 1973 in relation to the commercial jurisdiction of the court commenced on assent, see details in historical notes.
